We would love you to join our week of activity celebrating the amazing things that are happening across to the country to improve patient/family/carers and staff experiences. This week gives you a great reason to celebrate your work at a local level as well as sharing it nationally and internationally too. It’ll also be a great way to pick up ideas, inspiration and contacts for future work on experience of care too.

• National NHS Complaint Managers Forum Friday 24 Marcht - at the London Ambulance Services premises Cody Road, London, E16. The start is 10.00 and there are speakers throughout the day from NHS England, PHSO, Respond Software, Access Ambassadors, Worcester Acute Hospital, and the national customer services report.
