#WeStNsPod - Right To Health

Monday 23rd September 2019 by @WeStudentNurse

Welcome to #WeStNsPod

A platform of peer support and learning resources for nursing / nursing associate students.

#WeStNsPod evolved from a desire to enable students to learn away from our laptops, freeing up valuable time to 'do' 'be active' or just simply 'be' while we learn.

Tweetchats on pod topics add depth to discussions and are available via the WeCommunities webpage. Participation in scheduled tweetchats can be used as CPD evidence for your student portfolio. Each podcast is between 10 and 20 minutes for ease.

We hope you enjoy listening to #WeStNsPod. If you have an idea for a podcast or would like to produce a #WeStNsPod, please DM us @WeStudentNurse.

In this second episode #WeStNsPod international human rights campaigner and activist Colm O'Gorman talks about the right to health.

And, following on from this Benny Goodman picks up on what human rights activist Colm O'Gorman says and expands on the socio-political role of the student nurse. #WeStNsPod - Right to health: The Social Political Role of the Student Nurse.
