Hosted by WeNurses using #SCchatThis chat is guest hosted by @rhianlast @HelenDon_RCN @SelfCareForum
On Wednesday 20th November the Self Care Forum will be taking over @WeNurses for the day as part of its activities for Self Care Week.
The Self Care Forum is a charity which strives to improve public health and engender more efficient and effective use of health services. It does this by supporting people-facing organisations to help their communities and service users better understand how to self care.
The Self Care Forum produces tools and resources and organises National Self Care Week. It works closely with local and national organisations, is the leading independent provider of best practice of self care and the go-to place for reliable and evidence-based resources, current opinion, advice and self care intervention in the UK.
We are excited about taking over the airways of @WeNurses as part of National Self Care Week to highlight some of the activities that are going on in the country and to generally talk a lot about self care.
Twitter Chat 8pm – 9pm
We also, very much hope you will join us for a twitter chat from 8pm – 9pm where we are looking forward to engage with you as health professionals that make a difference to people’s lives every single day. And, as part of National Self Care Week we particularly want to understand how you look after yourself given the pressure of work, life and family life; and what you need to help people better take care of their own physical health and mental wellbeing.
Watch this space for questions that will be asked during the #SCchat twitter chat.
