@wehcmanagers Hello, Evelyn here from Brighton #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:03
@agclayland Hi Adam - Great that you could join us! #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:04
@wehcmanagers Thanks for hosting this tonight! #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers

Question 1: What tips and techniques are you employing to remain a visible leader whilst also maintaining social distance or in fact not being physically there at all? #WeHCMs https://t.co/rVxb2VU51O
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:05
@agclayland Hey, no dramas here! We're all learning. #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:06
@evelyn_prodger Evening Evelyn - nearly didn't see you there! Sorry! So pleased you're with us! #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:06
@wehcmanagers Getting to grips with technology especially for those now working from home, running virtual meetings, still doing walkabouts of the Floor but only twice per day and from the doorway, #WeHCMs
@Lyse_e
31 March 2020 20:06
@wehcmanagers Q1. This is the toughest part of current situation for me, especially as my partner is immunosuppressed so I feel responsible for keeping him safe. Microsoft Teams has been a godsend and we are having daily huddles 1/2 #weHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:07
@wehcmanagers The power of a simple hello via Teams has been really important to those remote working #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:08
@evelyn_prodger It has been such a step-change hasn't it? We all THOUGHT we were working flexibly and dynamically...I like how you're adapting the face-to-face stuff too. #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:08
@wehcmanagers At the Uni, I've been keeping in touch with teams daily through chat functions, Zoom and Microsoft Teams :) Been important that people know how to contact me. #WeHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:08
@wehcmanagers I've worked with geographically spread teams for quite a few years. Important to prioritise daily/regular calls, even if just to check in to see if all is well #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:09
@wehcmanagers Virtual Sitrep every morning using Zoom means the teams get to see each other and we have a brief 2mins of social catch up at the end, the new staff room, also aids consistent messaging #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:09
@wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger Its really made us innovate at a fast pace - no going back now! #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:09
@Lyse_e LOVE a daily huddle. They're a great way to stay connected. And the balance with home commitments just brings whole other dimensions to it. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:10
@wehcmanagers Me too, it has been great seeing the way staff have embraced technology #WEHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:10
@wehcmanagers There is a lot of Skype and use of technology. Although I have found it particularly hard WFH because if I'm not getting the feedback it can feel very isolating. Regular calls have been happening to remind them I'm still around and working. WhatsApp is another tool too #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:10
@Emmsyjayne Hi Emma! Welcome, welcome, pull up a chair. #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers

31 March 2020 20:11
@agclayland @wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger There are a great many positives coming out of the incredible challenges - as you say, we must hold on to them #WeHCMs
@SusanMTodd3
31 March 2020 20:11
@wehcmanagers Hello everyone, I’min Manchester ?? #weHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:11
@kevinTaylor82 @wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger Really good point, Kevin! Isn't Teams part of 365 solutions for most Trusts? #WeHCMs

@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:12
@agclayland Yes, the tech support to all of this has had to be enormous hasn't it? We were worried that our organisation's bandwidth and servers might not cope but so far (touch wood) all is well. #WeHCMs
@Lyse_e
31 March 2020 20:12
@evelyn_prodger @wehcmanagers Teams has been a game changer. I’m also doing a #ThankyouThursday shout out on our general channel using the nice ‘praise’ badges and trying to encourage others to do the same. #weHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:12
@kevinTaylor82 @agclayland @wehcmanagers We have had access to them in the Hospice for some time but we’re never embraced, if whole systems start to use them in a coordinated way then it will be harder to back away from them #WeHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:12
@wehcmanagers I think it's also important to keep the more social side of things going - virtual coffee breaks etc. #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:13
@Lyse_e @evelyn_prodger @wehcmanagers Thats a great idea! #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:13
@kevinTaylor82 @wehcmanagers Absolutely agree #WeHCMs
@Lyse_e
31 March 2020 20:13
@wehcmanagers @agclayland Our IT team have had to significantly increase our slots for direct access #weHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:13
@l_outhwaite Oh yes! That daily human connection / compassion check in is as vital (if not more so) that getting down to business. That's one I keep having to remind myself as we all drive forward. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:13
@Lyse_e @wehcmanagers Love this idea, may pinch with pride #WeHCMs
@agclayland

@kevinTaylor82 @wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger Ahhh - I see #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:15
Question 2: What challenges have been your greatest so far during this period? & How did you conquer them? #WeHCMs https://t.co/cPHeR6eio2
@julia_wilson70
31 March 2020 20:15
@wehcmanagers I’ve been combining working virtually with basing myself on site (and socially distancing). Checking in on staff is important, either virtually or in person. Making yourself available if needed to support well being is vital.#weHCMs

@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:15
@evelyn_prodger Consistent messaging is really key; even against a back drop of daily changes and challenges as managers its also really important to keep a unified message. #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:15
RT @agclayland: @wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger Its really made us innovate at a fast pace - no going back now! #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:15
@Lyse_e @wehcmanagers We are using it at different points in the day and it has enabled us as Heads of to work across 7days and combine being in and working from home to role model social distancing and providing on site leadership #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:16
@agclayland @evelyn_prodger The way systematic and long held bureaucracy has fallen away to let everyone 'get on wit it' has been astonishing. I wonder how we can keep hold of that in the future. #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:16
@wehcmanagers I'd say messaging and comms - its been fast paced with all the changes and decisions. Now all co-ordinated in one place with regular briefings #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:17
@Lyse_e @wehcmanagers I like that idea, we are still starting with a “hurrah we all managed to join the right call at the right time”, reinforces we are in it together and we don’t have all the answers but we will give it a go ?? #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:17
@wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger Its vital to keep hold of the innovation which has taken place, as well as the co-ordination and support #WeHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:18
@wehcmanagers Q2 - Have their been issues with the tech or training or have you managed to transition smoothly ? #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:18
@wehcmanagers @agclayland It will be interesting to see what the new normality becomes #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:18
@Emmsyjayne It's about harnessing all the tools and making sure people still know we're there isn't it? If they're forgetting because you're WFH and they're not don't be afraid to give people a nudge. Now is not the time to 'crack on regardless'. If you know what I mean. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:19
@agclayland @wehcmanagers And also the things we have taken away with no negative impact, like some meetings #WeHCMs
@Lyse_e
31 March 2020 20:19
@wehcmanagers Q2 big question, I think the pace of it. I saw it coming on the weekend before it really went bonkers and set up a shared onenote folder for our BCPs, info collation etc and set up daily calls with the whole leadership team, and ensured daily onward cascade/escalation. #weHCMs
@wehcmanagers

31 March 2020 20:20
@wehcmanagers ?? Again it is isolation from the main group & action where you want to help & feeling as though what you're doing isn't as important bc you're not on the ground as it were. Sharing those fears with my LM helped as it turned out what I *was* doing *was* important too #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:20
@wehcmanagers The pace of change has made it difficult to keep everyone informed #WeHCMs

Q1 Connecting. Listening. Being there for others. Doing what I say I’ll do. @wehcmanagers #weHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:21
@evelyn_prodger @agclayland @wehcmanagers It has certainly helped us all consider the value of meetings & how/if we do them in the future #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:22
@agclayland Yes, it does feel like the 'picture' is starting to settle. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:22

@wehcmanagers I think also how different organisations have interpreted guidance around PPE and lots of social media etc about PPE has raised anxieties and this has been challenging #weHCMs.
@julia_wilson70
31 March 2020 20:22
@wehcmanagers Getting used to using virtual meetings with multiple people, difficult to pick up body language etc, signal can also be difficult at times. I think by using it regularly we will develop more ‘ground rules’ and get used to this new way of working. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:23

@l_outhwaite It was a bit lumpy to start but that was unfamiliarity with some of the tools that other areas have been using as part of business as usual for months or years. #WeHCMs
@zoerichardsuk
31 March 2020 20:24
Q2 greatest challenge is making sure I do the right thing in such an unknown situation. So I give myself space to think or check in with someone else before I act. I’m also allowing my vulnerability to have space in all this. It’s ok not to have all the answers #WeHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:24
@julia_wilson70 @wehcmanagers Absolutely. To be productive, inclusive etc. virtual meetings do seem to need more structure & ground rules #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:25
Question 3: The need to feel valued and appreciated is a fundamentally human one; how do you show appreciation for the people you work among? #WeHCMs https://t.co/3ZrEGef0hN
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:25
@Lyse_e That foresight is excellent. Your teams will have been so appreciative of starting from a front-foot! #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:26
@Lyse_e It's when the value of training and practice come home isn't it? That ability to run on some sort of autopilot meaning you have the capacity to look at other aspects or do other things. #WeHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:26
@evelyn_prodger @wehcmanagers I bet that can be as stressful as having the kids at home! I was teaching adding and subtracting fractions to my 10yr old as well as following my work strands too... nightmare! Lol #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:27
@julia_wilson70 @wehcmanagers Agree - here’s some I made the other week for a smooth meeting #learnfrommistakes #WeHCMs https://t.co/vLTbXXhMHd
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:28
@Emmsyjayne http://Aha.So pleased that you've received some positive feedback. I think that's something we can all take forward is keeping talking and keeping on with comms so that 'small' worries don't overwhelm at a later date. #WeHCMs

RT @evelyn_prodger: @wehcmanagers The pace of change has made it difficult to keep everyone informed #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:28
@wehcmanagers Being present and visible, consistent and clear messaging so people feel safe, saying thank you, acknowledging the difficulties and praising the innovation, listening, finding solutions for those impacted personally all seem to have made a difference #WeHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:28
@zoerichardsuk That's fantastic Zoe. As you say, no-one can have all the answers & get it right all the time. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable & having an environment of no-blame, forgiveness, support & learning is vital #WeHCMs
@zoerichardsuk
31 March 2020 20:29
Q3 One of the most important ways is being there for others, giving them space to be heard, checking they’re ok. It’s not just about saying thank you - though a genuine thank you goes a long way too. #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:29
@wehcmanagers I think its about connecting on a personal level with people - knowing them better - also its about sharing your home (if working virtually) and I think thats helped overall - seen slots of animals which give talking points too. Its about being human overall #WeHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:30
@wehcmanagers There are lots f 'thank you' replies to emails that I would've normally done face to face. I hate unnecessary email traffic but I don't want people to think I'm ungrateful for efforts they make for me, especially as WFH I can't do it myself. #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:31
@Emmsyjayne @evelyn_prodger This is key too. Everyone's situation is different, has a different draw on our attention but the thing that unifies us is that: We've ALL got something at home/in our personal lives to balance. If our teams or LM haven't seen that/understood that before they do now. #WeHCMs

@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:31
@wehcmanagers When it hits the fan I personally want to get stuck in there and get the job done, learning how to distance myself and manage the getting stuck in has been a steep curve this fortnight, but it is the only way to learn too #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:31
@zoerichardsuk SO. valuable. #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:33
@l_outhwaite @evelyn_prodger @agclayland I time to come perhaps we can all remain 'streamlined' and even though we struggle to grow work forces might stand to re-grow capacity within the teams and systems we work. #WeHCMs
@Lyse_e
31 March 2020 20:33
@wehcmanagers @agclayland This is certainly the ‘new normal’, at least for the foreseeable #weHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:33
@wehcmanagers Peer support has been phenomenal, we have created a space where we can challenge, debate, vent, laugh and curse but also we notice when someone is flagging and can offer help and support, all makes us feel valued as team members #WeHCMs
@julia_wilson70
31 March 2020 20:33
@wehcmanagers I have a daily check in with my team, we always start with updates but them have time to chat and check in. I make a point to tell staff how much I appreciate their hard work. I also fly the flag for AHPs across the trust! #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:35
Question 4: What tips can you share with us that help you cope with the rapid change, change and change again situations we find ourselves in? #WeHCMs https://t.co/IKWGWyWgxW
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:35
@evelyn_prodger @l_outhwaite Yes, the fact that this is truly cross-sector has meant that comms/messaging in one area needs to 'make it' to the other areas too. I've been compiling resources from the @IHM network and sending it to anyone I think needs it or should see it and asking it to be shared on.#WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:37
@zoerichardsuk That self-compassion and self-understanding is amazing. Do you use any particular tools to get you into the space to reflect? Or do you keep an eye out for you own traits? #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:37
@Emmsyjayne @wehcmanagers I feel exactly the same, admitting this to each other has been helpful if stressful #weHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:38
@wehcmanagers When working from home I think there's a danger of doing long days/weeks. Something we all need to be mindful of personally & as managers or we'll end up less productive/burned-out #WeHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:38
@wehcmanagers Don't try and do everything! As a single parent to 2 girls (1 with Downs Syndrome) I was getting in a tizz that I wasn't devoting all my hours to work, to getting their school work as well as the housework, cooking etc. You can't. Just do what you can... it is enough. #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:38

@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:39

@zoerichardsuk
31 March 2020 20:40
Q4 I use the ABC Acknowledge how you feel Notice your Breathing - don’t attempt to change it, just notice it Consider what your options are I also do things out of work to completely switch off. Walk the dog. Writing a novel. Brush lettering calligraphy. #WeHCMs

31 March 2020 20:41
@wehcmanagers Acknowl change happens all the time (in personal & prof lives) Know that you will be challenged, but not in a personal way Voice concerns, be ready to listen to answers, even if you don't agree Accept the changes, go with them, being an outsider won't help or the Team #WeHCMs
@julia_wilson70
31 March 2020 20:41
@wehcmanagers Self care, you must ensure at this time you look after yourself. Take breaks from tech (including Twitter!) and rest, so you are in a place to face the rapid change as it occurs #WeHCMs

31 March 2020 20:44
@wehcmanagers I've just watched a great TED talk by Susan David on emotional agility. It reminded me that in times of rapid change being emotionally agile is very powerful - understanding & accepting our emotions & using value-based actions to move forwards #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:44
@Emmsyjayne @wehcmanagers That is so important, we would never not do this fro staff so need to think of ourselves in the same way, easier said than done though #weHCMs

31 March 2020 20:45
@wehcmanagers @evelyn_prodger And say thank you every day. Because people do things extraordinary things every day ...sometimes that's just turning up for work (COVID-19 is demonstrating this) #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:45
So much of what we're seeing is about the fundamentals of knowing your teams, colleagues as best you can; and laughing when the toddler wanders in and shouts at you the one time you forgot to mute the mic. #WeHCMs https://twitter.com/agclayland/status/1245070708604010501
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:45
@wehcmanagers We have been doing quick guides to and using screenshots to make it very easy #weHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:46
@wehcmanagers I think it comes down to"it's okay, not to be okay" - knowing you're there to support them and accessible - even remotely. I've seen some great things on Twitter like "Wobble Rooms" too #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:47
@wehcmanagers Absolutely - this is really compassionate leadership at its heart! #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:47
@zoerichardsuk @wehcmanagers Really like these #weHCMs
@Winn_on_Health
31 March 2020 20:48
@wehcmanagers Read a number of contributions noting "My team" this, that, the other. Would like ppl to realise they're 'In' a team. The Team isn't theirs. Never will be. Change the mindset, & the dynamic, improve #culture Colleagues are supported by managers (leaders) pitching in #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:49
@Lyse_e @agclayland Indeed! #WeHCMs
@julia_wilson70
31 March 2020 20:49
@wehcmanagers And exercise if you can, great for clearing your head and looking at nature and not a screen...#WeHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:50
@wehcmanagers Joking (not really). But by giving them the space they need to do the job. Letting them know they can talk to you at any time about anything. Just being that rock to support them in whatever issue they have. #WeHCMs
@l_outhwaite
31 March 2020 20:50
@wehcmanagers Q5 - making sure that none of the team is forgotten or left behind. As everyone has said, checking in is so important - not just as a group but in a 1:1, listening and being there #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:50
@wehcmanagers ?? #WeHCMs
@Winn_on_Health
31 March 2020 20:51
@wehcmanagers Decide very quickly what's important to do NOW. Then do it. Healthcare has many & sometimes conflicting issues to manage. Prioritising is essential. And when you get it wrong admit it to the team. It makes things go a lot better. None of us is perfect, faultless #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:51
@agclayland @l_outhwaite Are there techniques for recognizing when that happens before it's too late? How do you approach it? #WeHCMs.
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:51
@wehcmanagers It comes back to visible, compassionate leadership, good role modelling, getting stuck in and being alongside when you can, consulting where you can and saying thank you, well done, good job to individuals and teams #weHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:51
@Winn_on_Health @wehcmanagers So true, Julian - real ownership and accountability #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers

@evelyn_prodger Yes! #WeHCMs
@zoerichardsuk
31 March 2020 20:52
Adopt a just and learning culture. A person doesn’t make a mistake. WE make mistakes. WE only exist as the whole. We’re in this together so we learn, grow, develop, make mistakes as a whole. We are one. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger

@MadgeMatron @wehcmanagers Our daily sitreps are key, start the day at 8.30 so everyone has a sense of where we are, who is doing what, senior leaders leading this 7 days a week and being in the building at the weekend #weHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:53
Such a powerful tweet. Yes. This. Than you. #WeHCMs https://twitter.com/Winn_on_Health/status/1245073822035968005

31 March 2020 20:53
@wehcmanagers @l_outhwaite For me its been about separating the equipment and room, and sticking to a routine - sometimes I've not recognised it until its half 12 at night though #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:54
@wehcmanagers So important and also understanding what the world is like for them outside of work, staff who have moved out of home to enable them to work, financial hardship etc #weHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:55
Question 6: Thinking more broadly about looking after ourselves: How are you staying active? #WeHCMs https://t.co/1G9axEjhXp
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:55
@julia_wilson70 Yes, we've been trying to stay active here too. It's a coping strategy but I am only reading headlines at the moment. Getting too embroiled in the media coverage does not help me deliver my role. #WeHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:55
@wehcmanagers And when you're dealing with stroppy pre-teens during an execs skype meeting ???? that was just a little funny #WeHCMs
@Winn_on_Health
31 March 2020 20:56
@agclayland @wehcmanagers Absolutely. It hurts (me) to get it wrong. But hiding the fact has never made it better. But colleagues do understand that decisions are made, sometimes too quickly, but always with the best intentional outcomes considered. My experience is that they rally to that #WeHCMs
@agclayland
31 March 2020 20:56
@wehcmanagers Well honestly, I'm not - although I've been an avid gym goer for a while - now downloaded a free app from my gym to do home workouts although could have done this before in all honesty #WeHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:56
All about the fundamentals. Get back to the core of what we do and how we do it: Do that. #WeHCMs https://twitter.com/evelyn_prodger/status/1245073868487786498
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:57
@wehcmanagers I have used Teams for this more, doesn't need to take much longer than an email but face to face and more personal #weHCMs
@wehcmanagers
31 March 2020 20:58
I hesitate to RT this but you know what. We've all done it. We will all do it. Let's have a giggle when someone shouts Full House. Its important to laugh in amongst it all. #WeHCMs https://twitter.com/agclayland/status/1245074123451183106
@mneil02
31 March 2020 20:58
@wehcmanagers exercise everyday, something... a good run (by yourself) or a workout with @thebodycoach or some yoga! Whatever it is, do something! It’s too important not to! #weHCMs https://t.co/qgNNdINGF2
@julia_wilson70
31 March 2020 20:58
@wehcmanagers I think limiting your news intake and only following proper channels is important way to care for your mental health #WeHCMs
@Emmsyjayne
31 March 2020 20:59
@wehcmanagers I've discovered my garden. Not only is it fresh air, it's exercise to physically work it, and you can natter to the neighbours over the fence (obviously 2m apart!). I've ordered myself a nice firepit so I can spend even longer out there #WeHCMs
@zoerichardsuk
31 March 2020 20:59
Q6 set an alarm to remind you to stand up and move about hourly. Move each part of the body. Run up stairs a few times. We don’t need a lot of space to exercise. We just need a mindset to exercise. #WeHCMs
@evelyn_prodger
31 March 2020 20:59
@Emmsyjayne @wehcmanagers it's the bit about acknowledging what is important for that person rather than the situation that makes a difference I think, that's what adds value #weHCMs
@agclayland

What a brilliant chat tonight from @wehcmanagers led by @JenJenHutton and @l_outhwaite - thanks so much - amazing questions and great to connect with so many people #WeHCMs

@wehcmanagers Q6 I’m managing a run about 3 times a week, easier now nights are getting lighter. Also doing Yoga a couple of times. #weHCMs

A beautiful tiny habit for us all to practice. It's doesn't have to be guided (but there are plenty Apps that can help that) but some simple breathing and relaxing the shoulders before we go in/leave/while we make a cuppa/microwave our lunch... #WeHCMs https://twitter.com/evelyn_prodger/status/1245074268427337730
@wehcmanagers
